Cancellation policy

There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own. If you do nothing, nothing is charged.

Demos cost nothing and need no cancelling

Building demo sites is free and never asks for a card. A demo you stop using simply sits there; there is no account to close and no charge to stop.

A live site is a one-year purchase, not a subscription

When you take a site live you pay once for one year: your .com domain registered in your name plus hosting for that year. We never store a card for future charges and never renew automatically.

Cancelling before the year ends

You can stop using your site at any time from your dashboard. Because the domain was registered in your name and the year was paid for up front, stopping early does not create a refund — see our refund policy for the one case where money does come back automatically. The domain remains yours regardless.

Not renewing

We email you before your paid-through date. If you do not renew, the site stops being served on that date and nothing is charged. To continue, you renew by clicking and paying again; no action is ever taken on your card without you.
