Nothing is shipped. Your website is delivered online, on your own .com domain, and confirmed by email.

What you receive

A live website on a .com domain registered in your name, hosted for one year. It is a digital service: there is no physical product, nothing is posted, and no shipping charges apply anywhere in India or abroad.

How delivery happens

After your payment is confirmed, our system registers your domain, publishes your site and points the domain at it. Delivery is automatic and normally completes within minutes; domain registration and DNS propagation can occasionally take up to 24 hours. You receive an email at the address on your account when the site is live, and you can watch progress in your dashboard.

If delivery fails

If any step fails before your domain is registered, your payment is refunded automatically — see the refund policy. If something goes wrong after registration, we are alerted automatically and fix it; the domain remains yours.
