Delete your account

You can delete your MakeMySiteToday account yourself, from the app or the website. It takes one minute and cannot be undone.

How

1. Log in with your email.
2. Open the menu under your photo and choose Profile.
3. At the bottom, press Delete my account…, read what will happen, type DELETE and confirm.

What happens

• Your name, phone, address, photo and login are removed. You can register again later with the same email.
• Demo sites are deleted. Live websites go offline.
• Domains you bought stay registered in your name until they expire. To transfer one to another provider, write to us before deleting.
• Invoices and credit notes for anything you paid for stay on our books — Indian tax law requires us to keep them. They carry the name and address you gave at the time, nothing else about you.
• If an order is still being processed, deletion waits until it is live or refunded.

Can't log in?

Write to mmst@grandfieldmedia.com from the email you registered with, and we will delete the account for you within 7 days.
